Mutt reports: Error running "vi '/tmp/mutt-wmerh114-24515-1'"! At this point there is a vi process running in the background and key strokes are being diverted from the mutt process. If mutt is then exitted an infinite loop occurs with messages of the form: At EOF At EOF At EOF At EOF Spewing out to the screen.
